On the morning of July 11, Hu Haibin, President of the China-Indonesia Cultural and Educational Exchange Association and Chairman of Haibin Education Group, was invited to attend the graduation ceremony of Surabaya State University and signed an MoU with the president at the ceremony. Also attending the graduation ceremony were Surabaya Mayor Eri Cahyadi, Surabaya State University President Nurhasan and other school leaders.

The mayor of Surabaya, Mr. Eli Zayadi, gave a speech first. He highly praised the talents and efforts of the graduates and encouraged them to put what they learned into practice. Then, Professor Nur Hassan, president of Surabaya State University, also gave a speech. He reviewed the growth process of the graduates and placed high hopes on them.

After the speech, more than 2,000 graduates and parents witnessed the signing of the MoU between Surabaya State University and President Hu Haibin.
